Global Digital Diamond Summit 2020 – Oriflame’s first ever digital business event

Description: During the spring in 2020, Oriflame had the first ever global digital business event. A two-hour show with company news, recognitions, live links and a performance by the Swedish pop-star SVEA. Over 5 000 people joined in 9 different language channels.

Gold Conference 2019 in Stockholm – 3rd place in the prestigious ‘Best Event Awards'

Description: 2200 participants from Oriflame Asia, Turkey and Africa enjoyed 6 days filled with activities in Stockholm. They experience a parade to Gröna Lund followed by a welcome party, 3 days with an Oriflame Hub in Kungsträdgården, Business Rally and 4-Seasons Gala Dinner at Radisson Waterfront. The conference was the first ever climate neutral conference in Oriflame’s history and took the third place in the prestigious international event award ‘BEA 2020’.

‘Share Your Passion’ – Oriflame’s annual sales theme 2020

Description: The annual sales theme for 2020 ‘Share Your Passion’ was developed
together with Universal Music Group. In the collaboration a theme song ‘Share your Passion’ was produced together with the Swedish pop-star SVEA. To maximise the song and theme, a music video, promotional videos with SVEA, communication materials and visual identity was created as well.

Oriflame’s new Success Plan and business terminology

Description: Between 2018-2020 a major refreshment was done on the communication of Oriflame’s earning opportunity and business terminology. Which means that the communication on how you earn money with Oriflame has been simplified and that the business terminology has changed to match today’s social media landscape. Majority of the work was to break down complex information and make it easy understandable and legally compliant. Final deliverables was a master reference book on 140 pages, a light version for external use, a video based e-learning and a digital version for the Oriflame site.

Oriflame’s Creative Studios in Asia, Central Europe & Africa

Description: Over the years Oriflame has decentralised the creative production and I have had the opportunity to start up Creative Studio’s in Bangkok and Warsaw. Main responsibilities has been to setup the teams, produce product catalogues and sales materials for Oriflame’s independent sales consultants in Asia, Central Europe and Africa. The teams has been around 15-22 people within the positions; Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Print and Production Managers.
